A celebrated author with a writing career spanning more than 25 years, Sandy Keigh writes across a wide range of genres—from detailed technical manuals to fictional novels, with fiction being her true passion.
Her books are often inspired by real-life events, woven into stories of loving friendships, dysfunctional families, and contemptuous relationships, creating a richly immersive reading experience.
While Sandy’s stories explore life’s challenges, she approaches them with humor, kindness, discord, and remorse—always aiming toward resilience, resolution, and hope for her protagonists.
She holds a degree in psychology, and her personal experience with abuse motivated her to volunteer at a mental health agency, counseling women in crisis—work that also inspired her novel, The Archives of Her Mind.
Sandy is a citizen of both the United States and Canada and lives in the Merrimack Valley of Massachusetts. She recently retired from teaching technology to faculty and staff at Harvard Business School and now focuses primarily on writing novels.
Away from writing, Sandy embraces her love of golf and languages. She enjoys the challenge of the greens, and when she’s not golfing, she’s likely practicing her French and Papiamento—both of which she speaks with an awkwardness rivaling her golf swing.
